Training the Spark Process

In April, the Spark team in Burundi spent a week training social workers from our partner organization, FVS-AMADE, in the first phases of the Spark Process. With trainings like these, we will equip the staff of FVS-AMADE with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully introduce the Process to at least 13 new communities over the next year. Doing so will impact the lives of roughly 15,000 people currently living in Makamba and Bururi Provinces, two areas severely impacted by decades of unrest, civil war and genocide.
