The Rukozo study was an external evaluation of 21 communities in the Rukozo sector of Rwanda, which gathered preliminary learnings on civic engagement, cohesion, and livelihood outcomes in communities approximately one year after starting Spark’s Facilitated Collective Action Process (FCAP). The study revealed improvements in livelihoods, civic engagement, and cohesion among Spark communities against comparison groups in Rwanda.
