Spark's Response to COVID-19
In light of the first cases of COVID-19 confirmed in East Africa, Spark has implemented the following measures for our organization, becoming active on March 15th:
All community meetings have been suspended until further notice. Village partners will be communicated with via our mobile platform and direct calls to back up the governments messaging on containment.
All our offices are closed and team meetings will move to be virtual until further notice. These measures will delay the timeline of our work with our village partners due to cancelled meetings and we are exploring opportunities for remote mobile facilitation.
