Spark in West Nile

Last April, the Spark team visited the West Nile region in Northern Uganda to meet with organizations working in refugee integration. The West Nile region is currently one of the focal points of the ongoing refugee crisis in Uganda, with well over one million refugees from South Sudan, DRC, Eritrea, and Burundi. We're excited to announce that we have entered a partnership with Community Empowerment for Rural Development (CEFORD) to launch a pilot of the FCAP with refugee and host communities in the West Nile.
